In the spirit of the upcoming holidays, watch Liaison Hamilton's Chef Dan on CHCH Morning Live demonstrating a Christmas bread pudding with eggnog creme anglaise.
Open House every Tuesday evening 7 to 9 pm.
Everyone is welcome to come and watch our evening part-time class in progress and ask questions about our programs. We're in Jackson Square, at the top of the escalator between Hamilton Public Library and The Hamilton Farmers' Market.

Chef Dan will be in the spotlight at the GO Cooking studio (at The Hamilton Spectator- 44 Frid Street, Hamilton), in a demonstration class that features autumn comfort foods: warm beer & leek soup topped with puff pastry, honey-glazed pork roast with sweet potato Duchesse, and warm apple crumble with Bourbon caramel sauce. Sound irresistable? Many others thought so too. The evening was sold out as soon as it was posted. Contact kaquino@thespec.com to find out if anyone has cancelled.
